The commissioning process will normally begin with a visit to the client's home or office. To be able to meet and
discuss the client's requirements, both functional and aesthetic, in the space where the piece is to go, allows
us to leave the discussion with a clear idea of what is required.
Initial sketches can then be produced, before a final design, price and delivery date are agreed. A thirty percent
deposit is then paid and the production is booked into our schedule.
During the making of the piece clients are very welcome to visit the workshop and see the making in progress. This
will often illustrate the fine constructional workmanship, which may well go unseen after the piece is completed.
